The Origin Story
Like most good sports tech ideas, PerformaX was born out of pain. Our founders were serious coaches juggling athletes while drowning in disconnected tools — messy spreadsheets, scattered chats, manual result entry, and generic apps that missed sport-specific nuances. They wanted better.
So we built something better.
PerformaX combines sport-science rigor, modern AI infrastructure, and a coaching-first UX to give clubs and squads one home for periodized planning, session execution, and athlete load insights.

What We Believe
- Data should serve athletes, not the other way around. We don't harvest your training data to sell ads or train models you didn't consent to.
- AI is a tool, not a replacement. Great coaching is a human skill. AI should amplify it, not simulate it.
- Simple > complex. The best coaching software disappears into your workflow. If it's a chore to use, it's not working.
- Sport is community. We build for squads, relays, and clubs, not isolated individual tracking.

PerformaX is built by a distributed team spread across multiple continents. Our infrastructure is globally distributed across AWS regions for low-latency access and reliability worldwide.
